Abstract This paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of crucial performances hydrodynamic journal bearings subject to inherent uncertainties from non-probabilistic perspective. Uncertainties can arise for various reasons such as the evolving service environment, manufacturing errors and assembling imperfections.
